Today is the 7th day of my missed period. I had regular menstrual cycle earlier. Got my urine and blood test 2 days ago but both showed negative with HCG

Hello,Even if you miss urine pregnancy test ,blood test should show positive ,if you are pregnant because of increased Beta HCG level during pregnancy , your missed periods could be of some other reason , may me due to pills,harmonal variation , thyroid problem or sometimes physical and mental stress ,I'll health affects normal cycle.
