Pregnancy test on 10 week of lmp

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Mam my last periods was 13/12/17( i was very regular till then 27 days cycle) I checked by beta hcg serum test on 27/01/18 which was <1.2 , taken Medicens but no period , i did several hpt also icluding on 21/02/18 with morning urine but was negative......any chances of Pregnancy ..in usg everything was normal.....any chances that pregnancy test was false negative.....could i be pregnant..pls help ..pls
