Pregnancy Test
Hello doctor,
Last month I got periods on 22 Feb and this month it was expected to come on 22 Mar as my cycle length is 30 days. This month I got spotting on 24th March and on 25th March there was bleeding that I changed pads 3 time and there was again spotting on 25th and 26th March.
Yesterday on 28th March I did pregnancy Test because I had pain in lower abdomen which I never experienced and saw dark line on C mark.
My question is is it really pregnancy or something else.
Please advise

If only 1 pink line on the kit then it’s negative
But as spotting is there, hormonal evaluation should be done
