I lost my period 3 days and i take hpt on 16 of this month it was positive but today make another test it was negative is am pregnant or not

Do a beta hcg blood test to confirm if you are pregnant or not.
Or else a repeat pregnancy test by a good kit from early morning first urine sample can be dome too
