Pregnancy symptoms disappear in 4th week

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Have all pregnancy symptoms and implementation spotting but in 4 th week it disappeared . Pregnancy test is negative on 11 dpo . So wait till missed period . I had a miscarriage 1 yr ago . Soo scared. Help me
