Pregnancy symptoms but test negative

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Its been more than 1 week I had sex and I am having pregnancy symptoms.. Can pregnancy symptoms be detected within 1 week? Also when I am doing the test, they are negative Please help as me and my husband are not ready for the baby
