Since two days I have been using pregnancy tester to confirm my pregnancy. The result of the tests confirm I am pregnant. But in 18 days can anyone get pregnant . Please advise

When was your last period ? Ovulation or egg rupture takes place roughly 2 weeks before expected date of periods. What do you mean by 18 days , since you had contact with your partner or 18 days since last period day ? If it is 18 days post contact then yes your pregnancy test can come positive.
