My pregnancy scan report is this and plz explain what is my condition UTERUS:- normal in size and echotexture, measures 6.5×3.7×2.9 cm No focal lesions. Endometrial thickness is 4.5mm. OVARIES:- both ovaries are relatively enlarged in size and show multiple small peripherally arranged follicles, each measuring 4-5mm RO: 3.7×2.1cm LO: 3.8×2.3cm URINARY BLADDER:- well distended . No wall thickening. No calculi No evidence of any adnexal mass lesion No evidence of any free fluid in pelvis ... IMPRESSION:- *NO EVIDENCE OF INTRA UTERINE GESTATIONAL SAC *BILATERAL POLYCYSTIC OVARIES

The ultrasound does not mention any pregnancy If the urine pregnancy test is positive go fr blood test bhcg Less than 100 rules out pregnancy The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi
