I m 20 week pregnant, i m feeling increased pulsating and throbbing sensations in my lower abdomen and pelvic area and i can feel it going down to my cervix at times. Also whenever these sensations are there i feel it causes more pressure on my bladder and i feel more urge to pee. Please advise what can be the issue.
