Its been 74 days since my last periods but the ultrasound reveals that the gestational age is 7 weeks 1 day (50days). The doctor told that its a delayed conception. (Usually 8 week pregnancy is considered as 6 week of gestational age.) So, in my case , how many weeks pregnant am i? 8th week running or 10th week(adding 2 weeks to gestational age)?

The earliest ultrasound is the most accurate. So you are exactly 7 weeks 1 day pregnant. Your delivery date according to this ultrasound is the correct delivery date. All the best!
