Plz take a proper and balanced nutriotion base diet full of the pregnancy period. must check that in full of the pregnancy time period you gained almost and atleast 10-12kg.

Moong dal porridge is fine to take during pregnancy. It's better to take balance meal which is high in Protein Carbohydrates and Fiber.

Gud morning pls kindly try to have dals n milk minimum 2.5-3hrs of that too on separate timings,milk in breakfast time and evening or post dinner time,dals on both lunch n dinner time.If u would have taken in small amount not a prb don't worry for that.
