My last period was on 12 July and ovulation was around 27 july. During ovulation time we did not before that and I found pregnant on 17 aug.Then I did ultrasound on 6 weeks of lmp and no foetal heartbeat seen nor foetal pole was visible. Then dr said to do hcg on alternate days.Then on 24 august i did hcg and in my report my hcg was 4987 then again on 26 i did hcg test my hcg was 11800. Is it positive pregnancy or any complication.
