I have been married a year ago and we are planning for pregnancy for the past one year and we ended with negative results.
We took blood test for me and vaginal as well as abdominal scan and we found that everything is normal.
And when we took Semen test for my husband it seems that his sperm count is less which means less than 2M per ml.
Could you please suggest us with some medicine or diet plan which we could change so that we can get rid of this issue.?
My husband has not undergone any abdominal surgery.
He travels 60km per day, may I know is this the reason for low sperm count?
