I am 8 weeks pregnant , my last week scan does not show baby growth and heartbeat,so I want to wait one more week and then do the scanning .if I have little spotting now, does it have any problem or I can wait sometime , go for scan and then go to the doctor for any issues

You need to start tablets to support the pregnancy...and then do sonography after a week...get an examination done today itself.
