I am 8 weeks pregnant , I went for scanning on 7 week , 3 days it shows empty sack , no baby , no heartbeat and after some days again , still the same empty sack as I m having spotting right now, doctor said no supplements can be taken to support it as baby is not there .can I wait one more week or it's a miscarriage
