Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi doctor, I misd my prd 7 dec. 2017 and pregnancy test came positive. On 13 jan 2018 my first u/s took place but doc did not see anything again he ask me to come back on 3feb 2018 for another u/s and in that u/s he saw twin sack one was empty and one with fetal pole but there was no yolk sac or heartbeat. Again he took my u/s on 10 Feb 2018 and he saw one fetal pole and one yolk sac also but still there was no heartbeat and decidual reaction was good. So i want to know everything is fine or not
