Hi,
I am 8 weeks pregnant and taking Naturogest and Duphaston medicine as prescribed by doctor, just wanted to check if they are right for me.and also is 2 hours flight journey safe at this point.

No flight journey is not safe , you can travel between 14 weeks till 28 weeks. You either take duphaston or naturogest as both are the same hormone
