After leaving my Femilon it has past 2 and half months and continuing Fol 5 med. Planning for pregnancy. My last period date was 25th October. Now my concern is from today feeling the lightest lower abdomen pain. I am feeling tensed. It can be symptom of pregnancy or period?

You need not be concerned. Kindly wait for your periods and if you miss your periods do the pregnancy test.The light abdominal pain does not mean that you will get your period immediately.
