My period was 2 to 3 days late, then I started bleeding it was light pink/brown color, then it got kinda heavy. My breasts are very tender but I don't have cramps. What can this mean?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It means nothing, just take a urine pregnancy test at home and then you can decide. If it's negative, you need to wait for a few days.
