I saw some pregnancy usg reports . So in those all of them only gestational age was mentioned but fetal age was not mentioned . So how to know fetal age according to gestational age ?

Fetal age usually corresponds to gestational age with +/- 2 wks...if the lag is more then the condition is called iugr or intra uterine growth restriction or small for gestational age
