I’m 6 weeks and no gestation sac. Not ectopic pregnancy either. Can I still have hopes

Sometime implantation takes some time. Wait patiently don't stress. Get your beta hcg done on alternate days to track ur pregnancy. A tvs scan is better compared to trans abdominal in viewing the sac.
