Hello, The frequency of intercourse does not necessarily increase your chances to conceive. Have intercourse on every alternative. Also, have sex on every alternative day. Since how long are you trying to conceive? Has it been more than 1 year of trying to conceive? If it has been more than one year, you should consult an infertility specialist to rule out the reason behind inability to conceive. You can also visit my clinic International Fertility Centre located in New Delhi for further evaluation. We are a network of 14 clinics located across India and Nepal. Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can just find out which days are the most fertile days of your periods. As a rule of thumb, 7 days after bleeding is the most fertile period for 5 days. Consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
