Actually my periods is missied for 7 days today I checked today morning urine the test is positive ..but I'm feeling pain in lower back region and abdomen pain like periods pains sharp pain .I'm having doubt that I'm really pregnant..my doctor told to take folic acid tablet afternoon once daily
