Pregnancy ,please explain my position

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am 23. I hadmy last period on December 26 ,2017. On 23jan,2018 i had spotting. On 25th jan I had some fun with my fiancee but there was no penetration and he didn't ejaculate near my vagina. On 1st feb i got my period and its been 10days and still bleeding. I consulted doctor and she made ultrasound scan and declared that i am pregnant. She gave me pause mf,meprate,rf7,cal 365 , told i gonna get period on feb 23 and gave some birth control pills to use afterwards. getting married on march 8th.
