Planning for baby.. Should i take folic acid or anything before getting pregnant. What all i should take care of. I dont have any health issues.

Hello....... If you are planning for pregnancy you can take folic acid tablets, usually it's taken 4 weeks before pregnancy up-to 12 weeks after pregnancy. High risk woman will be prescribed folic acid in different dosage.. Consult gynaecologist before conceiving.. Take their advice...
