  3. Pregnancy negative. Needed to confirm?

Been about 5 and half months since last Intercourse. Irregular periods. Got 3 beta HCG tests done, all NEGATIVE. Got USG done for pelvis, no signs of foetus. Is any oher test needed to confirm?
