Hcg negative help

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Can HCG ever be <1 in the entire pregnancy? And if its <1 after 5 and half months of intercourse is it for sure no pregnancy. (ultrasound also showed everything normal, nothing found) So do I have to get anymore tests done to.confirm non pregnancy? Last intercourse in September Got 3 HCG tests all negative. Need urgent help. Please reply.
