ya diabetes affect both mother and baby if its range is out of normal. and diabetic patient can have natural pregnancy, no issue in it

Diabetes in pregnancy is a high risk pregnancy.high blood sugar during pregnancy can cause many foetal and maternal complications like preterm labour,obstructed labour, polyhydramnios, hypoglycemia in newborn etc.but all these can be prevented by strict diet control.and if necessary by insulin....
