Morning sickness and nausea are common during pregnancy. Eat smaller frequent meals, avoid spicy and fried foods and take antiemetic medicines, if required.

Morning sickness and nausea are related to Pregnancy.. Insulin will not cause this till you have well maintained blood sugars level..presence of these symptoms suggest you are doing well in your pregnancy.. severity can be reduced by having small frequent meals, avoiding spicy n fast food..also some antiemetic medicines can be used
Hi..... There are medications that can be used in pregnancy, including the first 12 weeks, to help improve the symptoms of morning sickness.... These include anti-sickness (anti-emetic) drugs, vitamins (B6 and B12) and steroids, or combinations of these..... the earlier you start treatment, the more effective it will be..... Consult your gynecologist for further advice.....
