Right Ovary - 32x30 mm Left Ovary - 31x20 mm Both Ovaries shows central echogenic stroma - ? PCOD 14th Day :ET - 5.6 mm Right Ovary - DF - 9.6 x 9.0 cm Left Ovary - No DF Mine is a 35 days cycle from last 3 months. Please suggest when will I ovulate, when should we meet, will I get pregnant with this problem, what to do?

With PCOD exact information regarding ovulation with out sonography is not possible. So better to consult doctor for usg ovulation study and if require hormonal trigger.

Next Steps

But if you want to try naturally , if your cycle is regular 35 days then 35-14=21th day of cycle ovulation can be expected.so 72 hours around 21th day has most chances of conception.
