I am 25yrs married before 3 yrs, we are trying for a baby for past two years but no positive results, Mine is regular periods but my follicules are not dominant if I take HCG injection in day 5,7, and 9 of my period's I am getting my follicules in dominant size y this so. My husband sperm count is 24. Who is having the actual problem what is happening in our body kindly give me proper suggestion to conceive naturally.

Sometimes it’s jus unplanned and in ur case .. need to know full report of husband .. it’s not jut the count .. lot more things to look into !!
And in urs .. we should evualte.. hcg inj won’t increase size of follice ..
Need more details of ur self to explain
