Pregnancy issue

In jan19,2018 my wife gone through D &C procedure,she is feeling headache,mood swings in the morning and evening everyday.On march 1st,she had period again .3 days before period we had sex and now there is late in period in april ,is there any chance of getting pregnant again.if so is it possible to perform D&C procedure again.what complications may come please suggest. Thank you.
