I'm 7 week pregnant and I'm having strong backache and sometimes cramps feels like period will come and it's very stressing if I do a little physical activity the backache worsens and also my legs starts aching badly..these pain are just similar to when my period use to start so I want to know if it is bad for my pregnancy.
