I am 22 years old we r planning to have a child from last one year we r planning to have a baby but it doesn't work out any how before 10 years I had an operation of appendix wd that my one fallopian tube had been removed so is there any problem or difficulties to become pregnant or there is less chance to be a pregnant so plz advice for it so that soon i can conceive and become a pregnant and suggest me what is the best tym to have sex my periods r regular 28 - 30 days my menstrual cycle was
