PCOD may cause difficulty in conceiving, best option is to check for your ovulation via follicular monitoring. If that is not occuring, you may need ovulation induction, i.e, to make you ovulate with pills.

A woman suffering from pcod and not able to conceive will need induction of ovulation by tablet. Pcod is accompanied by an ovulation so take medication for ovulation .
