Pregnancy issue
Currently 32 +1 weeks pregnant. Had colour doppler yesterday, baby wt is 2.1 kg. Blood flow normal , and other parameters of growth like AC ,BPD all showing growth of 33 +4 weeks.. Afi is 16.4 cm which was 10.1 cm at 27 week scan .. after which my gynae suggested argipreg sachets twice a day.. also on udiliv 300 mg thrice a day due to elevated liver enzymes and bile acid of 32 which was diagnosed last week.. so my gynae told me to do lft, bile acid every week. Yesterday got my lft, bile acid done after a week of taking udiliv 300 mg thrice a day.. now lft enzymes have reduced sgot ( from 145 to 110) and sgpt ( 235 to 160 ) , ALP ( 195 to 180 ) , and bile acid from 32 to 10.. Also my gynae is still suggesting to go for delivery at 35 weeks... Can delivery be delayed till 36-37 weeks if weekly lft and bile acid test done and medications taken??

Your question has no straight forward answer. There are many parameters on which the decision to do an early Caesarean is done. Since the ultimate responsibility for a favorable outcome rests with the treating Obstetrician it is better that the other Doctors should keep quiet about this. Please follow your Gynaecologist's advice. If you don't like his advice you may change your Doctor but then follow his advice. Don't hunt for opinions on tele-consultation.
