You are definitely pregnant. You can take a blood test to confirm. Also do ultrasound and see a gynaecologist for routine check. You can have your usual diet. Avoid spicy food and stay well hydrated. In early pregnancy, it is advisable to avoid lifting weights, long travel or sex.
