Hello dr yesterday i checked my pregnancy it's positive and my last period was 24 of April so if this is my 1 month of pregnancy can I have sex with my partner or is it harmful.

This is your first Pregnancy. You don't know how it is going to progress.
So it is better to take precautions for at least 8 weeks. If all goes well then you may indulge in gentle intercourse after that period.
