Hello
I am 32 year old and have ocd, taking 5mg Ecitozaplam daily.
Doctor told me to stop 2 month prior before planning pregnancy.
My question is does it affect me and my pregnancy?
When should I start taking folic acid and other supplements?

For the time being just stop your Ecitozaplam . You should continue to use contraceptives (whatever you are using) for the next two months.
You may start taking Folic acid supplements even now.

See your psychiatrist when you can stop ecitozaplam. It does affect pregnancy and it has to be stopped before planning pregnancy. Start folic acid supplements 3 months before planning pregnancy.
