Your Beta HCG values fall in a non pregnant range. Have you been trying for conception since you got married i.e. 2013 or you started trying later? Consider that you're 35 years, it is important to have a check on your ovarian reserve by doing AMH. Around the age of 35, there is a steep decline in female fertility because of rapid depletion of eggs. A women's age is one of the most important factors for determining fertility. Hope evaluation of your spouse for fertility issues has been done.
Next Steps
See a fertility specialist and get on to a fertility treatment.
Health Tips
If your ovarian reserve on the lower side; taking DHEA supplement (consult your doctor) will help.
