Pregnancy diet in PCOS
I am 24 years old and my weight is approx 47. I am 7 weeks pregnant and i have PCOS. I want to ask which type of foods i should take more in my diet and which type of foods should i completly avoid to have healthy pregnancy?

Have  normal home cooked food. Nothing specific about PCO. Frequent food every 2-3 hrs is advisable.

Now you are pregnant, so forget about PCOS as it is cured now and pregnancy ocoured, eat normal diet, with more proteins and greens, for details you can consult me on Practo consult app online.
