Can I have trans abdominal ultrasound after 8 weeks of missed periods to detect pregnancy?? Will trans abdominal scan after eight weeks of missed period detect the pregnancy??

First do a urine pregnancy test. If its positive definitely you will see the embryo. If negative then other causes of missed period should be ruled out.
