Pregnancy,delay in period
Hi, I am trying to conceive since 3 months, but no results. Since then my periods have delayed for 2 days from regular cycle and I bleed only for 1.5 - 2 days. This was not the case before. I go for morning walk and I am a working women. Does body stress is one of the causes for this? Please suggest me.

Normal menstrual cycle can vary from 21 days to 35 days. So 2 day delay is absolutely normal. If the bleeding has reduced significantly then you need to be concerned. You need to get a scan done and then do other tests to see if there is any hormonal problem or any problem with the lining of the uterus. You need to try at least for 1year to say that it is not working out every cycle you have a chance of 10 % conception even though everything is normal.
