Is it safe to take medicine or pills to abort pregnancy I know that first I should consult doctor but can u suggest some pills which will not create complications bcz I think I'm only one week pregnant plsss suggest mi

You must see a gynaecologist. It's not safe to take these medicines without supervision. Do ultrasound pelvis, CBC and blood group test beforehand. It will save you repeated visits
