Hello Doctor, I am expecting a pregnancy but I'm unsure with the symptoms I'm facing. I felt a brown discharge this morning but as time passed it slightly turned to red. It is not normal as my menstrual cycle. I also have cramps and lower back pain . Please advise if this is preliminary symptom of being pregnant
