Hi Doctor,
I had tiffa scan in 21 weeks and my cervix length bis 2.9cms... is this normal? My doctor said it is short... So can I do excercises at this time? Or any other solution for it?

It's better you start with medications and not excercise
Cut off is generally 2.5cm but if your treating gynaecologist clinically feels it's short, your should take treatment likewise
