Hi,
My wife has not got periods and we do a pregnancy test using preganews which came positive. I would like to know what must be the next things to be taken care so that the pregnancy will go smoothly. Should we visit to doctor for now or later.

It is better to consult a Doctor when you are planning pregnancy or know that you are pregnant.
It is important that health of both the mother and baby be talen care of from the very beginning of pregnancy to avoid any complications later.
A blood test will be done to confirm the pregnancy and also to check if the mother has enough haemoglobin and other vitamins and minerals necessary for the baby. In case of Scarcity of any of these , the Doctor will prescribe the medicines. Any deficiency or abnormality detected early will help reduce complications.
