Pregnancy and ovulation. First of all!

Hello doctors..first of all thank u so mucj for solving our queries and guving us relief.i am 31 yrs old female..married 4 mnths ago and trying very hard to conceive since 2 mnths but no luck..i did ovulation testing using ovulation kit and had sex still no result..but frm last 2 mnths my cycles are lil irregular.like last mnth i had my period on 42 day and this mnth 38th day. Last mnth i checked my prolactin it was 33 so took medicine.. 6 mnts back i had same issue of mssed period my prolactin was 50 nd now last mnth 33. I want to ask do i need fertility check up? And if yes what test shall be done.. i did my used and tsh also y mnths bas it was normal. I need to conceive very soon as i am already going to b 32 soon plz help me amd guid.
