Hello, Get a urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy. if the result is negative then there is nothing to worry about. If the result is positive then visit a gynaecologist for further evaluation and management. iPill is not 100% effective and also causes a hormonal imbalance in your body. So use a contraception next time during intercourse to prevent chances of pregnancy.

Do a urine pregnancy test at home. If it's negative, she can be given medications or she can wait some more days for spontaneous menses. iPill is not 100% effective and failure is known to occur. If pregnancy test is positive, there's no option but to see a gynaecologist

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Really solly reason for not hoing to the hospital. It just gives away that there is no marriage involved and you have got her pregnant. And she is in great trouble. But what ever it is, such things cannot be handled from this platform. Just take her to a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
