Pus cell should be ideally nil in an urine sample whether u are pregnant or not. you can have symptomatic bacteruria even which can cause preterm labour etc. Just do an urine culture and sensitivity test in the 1st morning urine sample. if its negative for any organism. then need no treatment.. If there is organism grown up in culture then u need to get treated with safest medicine.
